Being in a team is a wonderful way to show people your own personal strengths and if you already have leadership skills, team building is a good way to get those skills noticed by the team leader. A team offers its members the opportunity to do something better and better than they would have accomplished individually. The playing field is level in teams, and no one team member is more important than another, everyone brings their own skills and expertise to the team. In this course we will be teaching both team leaders and team members, we will discuss the basics of working in teams and organising a team. Some topics include support roles, virtual teams, team communication and how to monitor progress.
