Successful completion of this module will help you grasp the elements involved in:
- The principles of Outcomes-based Education and Training
- Providing the required information around legislation, learning and assessment in relation to skills development
- Consult with organisations in terms of aligning to skills development best practices
How to conduct an analysis of learning outcomes for skills development and other initiatives: Module 2
Upon successfully completing this practical module you will learn how to:
- How to plan and organise the analysis process
- How to conduct an analysis
- How to identify current skills as well as those skills that are still required using a gap analysis
- How to establish learning requirements
- How to establish skills priorities and reach agreement in terms of addressing those priorities
How to create a Workplace Skills Plan (WSP): Module 3
