Leadership Training & Management Courses

These leadership and management courses are for the people who lead others: team leaders and supervisors in their first leadership role, specialists who have been put in charge of a team, middle managers who turn strategy into results, and senior leaders. They focus on the day-to-day work of leading: delegating, giving feedback, managing performance, handling conflict, running meetings and planning. There is also a group of courses for people starting or running a small business.
Most courses run for one to three days, and Leadership and People Management runs over two, three or five days. For senior leaders there is a three-day executive programme and one-on-one coaching. Training runs in-house at your premises, at BOTI's venue in Sunningdale, Johannesburg, or online.
