Course Introduction
Business Optimization Training Institute offers a one day course in Business Management and Administration. Participants who sign up for the course will attend a half-day course where the program and itinery will be distributed. The morning will consist of orientation to the course and introduction to the various subjects. The course can be done at your convenience, participants can do the three one-day courses together or spaced apart as the needs of the participant prescribe. This course offers a one day course in marketing, a one day course in finance and a one day course in organisational leadership and development. The course is intended for new managers, employees who will become managers and the individual entrepreneur.
