Training Advice
AI Tools for Everyday Productivity (1 day)
Delegates leave with a short list of AI tools that fit their own work, and the habits to use them safely from the next morning.
Most people who use AI at work stop at the chat window. Yet some of the biggest time savings come from other tools: note-takers that write the minutes, apps that turn a report into a slide deck, research assistants that cite their sources, and simple automations that move files and reminders without anyone touching them. This AI tools training gives your team a practical, hands-on tour of that wider toolkit – and a way to choose between the hundreds of options without wasting time or taking risks with company data.
The day is organised by job, not by product. Delegates capture a meeting with an AI note-taker and turn it into minutes and actions, convert a long document into a one-page brief and a first-draft deck, create simple visuals, research and compare suppliers with source-citing tools, and build a basic workflow automation. Each exercise ends with checking the output: facts, figures, formatting and copyright.
Many of the tools are free or already part of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom or Canva subscriptions, so the time saving does not wait for a software project. The facilitator works with the tools your organisation allows and updates the line-up before every course.

Who should attend
Professionals and teams who already use ChatGPT or Copilot a little and want a wider, practical toolkit for everyday work: administrators, personal assistants, coordinators, analysts, team leaders and managers in any department. No technical background is needed. Complete beginners may prefer to start with Introduction to AI for the Workplace or Unleashing the Power of AI for Everyday Work.

Frequently asked questions
