Introduction
This course provides participants with the skills necessary to participate in disciplinary inquiries. At the completion of the course participants will be able to understand the relevant legislation pertaining to employee discipline within the South African legal framework. This course provides participants with an effective understanding of employee legislation applicable in the South African environment as pertains to disciplinary inquiries and reviews and at completion participants will be able to chair disciplinary hearings with full knowledge of the relevant case laws and legislative Labour Acts.
Course Outline:
The CCMA can often impose heavy sanctions due to HR and Line Managers not complying with the laws relating to disciplinary matters. Effective Disciplinary Hearing Training Course provides detailed information into disciplinary in the workplace. Effective Disciplinary Hearing Training Course will teach line managers how to properly chair a disciplinary hearing.
This course gives a practical hands-on approach for dealing with discipline in the workplace. At all times the the principles of fairness and equity as envisaged by the Labour Relations Act should be exercised.
