Course Introduction
The Scrum Master is the servant-leader who keeps an agile team focused, unblocked and productive. This hands-on two-day course prepares you to take on that role with confidence – facilitating the team, removing obstacles, coaching for performance and guiding a project through the full Scrum lifecycle.
What You Will Learn

- Facilitating sprints, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
- Identifying and removing impediments that slow the team down

Certification
On successful completion you can sit the Scrum Master Certified (SMC®) exam and earn an internationally recognised certification from SCRUMstudy™, a global accreditation body owned by VMEdu®. BOTI is a VMEdu Authorized Training Partner.
Course Delivery
This is a practical 2-day training course delivered in-house at your premises anywhere in South Africa, or at a scheduled public venue. It can be fully customised to your team and industry, using real-world examples relevant to your work.
About this certification. This is an international third-party certification. It is not a SETA or QCTO accreditation and carries no NQF credits. Your spend still counts as skills development expenditure for B-BBEE purposes, but it does not count as accredited training spend — please confirm how it should be treated with your skills development facilitator or B-BBEE verification agency.
