Course outline
This unit standard provides a broad introduction to HIV/AIDS in the workplace. It introduces a broad case of knowledge about HIV/AIDS that will enable you to become an informed and caring worker in any industry. The focus is on knowledge, skills, values and attitudes in relation to your own context and experience of the world of work.
Upon successful completion of this course you will have developed:
- An understanding the effects of HIV/AIDS on the immune system.
