Supply Chain, Procurement & Contracts

These courses are for the people who buy, contract and deliver for an organisation: procurement and supply chain officers, buyers, contract owners and managers of outsourced services, bid committee members, and small-business owners who tender for work. They cover how a supply chain works, how public-sector tendering is governed, how to prepare a tender, and how to write, run and close out contracts and service level agreements.
Courses run from 1 to 5 days; most are 2 or 3. Training runs in-house at your premises, at BOTI's venue in Sunningdale, Johannesburg, or online, and in-house groups can work with their own procurement policies and contract templates.
