Project Management Courses, Agile & Lean Six Sigma

These project management, Agile and process improvement courses are for the people who deliver change: project managers and the many staff who run projects without the title, team leaders adopting Scrum or Kanban, quality and operations staff improving processes, and managers who need to solve problems and measure results. They give a clear, repeatable method and the tools to apply it on real work, from a project plan to a Lean Six Sigma improvement project.
Most courses run for one to three days. The Lean Six Sigma belts run longer, from four days for Yellow Belt to ten for Black Belt, and the Agile courses prepare delegates for international certification exams. Training runs in-house at your premises, at BOTI's venue in Sunningdale, Johannesburg, or online.

Frequently asked questions
Which project management course should we choose?
For people who run projects without formal training, start with the one-day Project Management Course. Project Management Intermediate is the follow-on, and Project Management Advanced suits people who already lead projects and are taking on bigger ones. If you need a credit-bearing qualification, see SP-250710 in the accredited route above.
Which Lean Six Sigma belt do we need?
Yellow Belt suits team members who contribute to improvement projects. Green Belt suits people who lead small-to-medium improvement projects alongside their day job, and Black Belt suits people who lead improvement projects full-time. Lean Process and Six Sigma is a two-day introduction.
Are the Scrum, Kanban, OKR and Lean Six Sigma certificates accredited?
They are international third-party certifications from VMEdu's certification bodies (SCRUMstudy, Kanbanstudy, OKRstudy and 6sigmastudy), and BOTI is a VMEdu Authorized Training Partner. They are not SETA or QCTO accreditation and carry no NQF credits. The other courses in this category are not accredited either. They are delivered as professional skills programmes, and delegates receive a BOTI certificate of attendance.
Can you train our team at our offices or online?
Yes. Every course here runs in-house at your premises, at BOTI's venue in Sunningdale, Johannesburg, or online, and in-house courses can use your own projects and processes as the working examples.
