HR Courses: Human Resources, Labour Relations & EE

These HR and human resource management courses are for HR practitioners, HR managers and the line managers who handle people issues every day. They cover the work that carries legal and reputational risk, such as discipline, harassment, employment equity and labour relations, as well as the everyday people processes: recruiting, onboarding, managing performance, recognising good work and leading change.
Most courses run for one or two days, and the labour law and disciplinary courses run for three. Training runs in-house at your premises, at BOTI's venue in Sunningdale, Johannesburg, or online, and in-house courses can be customised to your team and industry.
