Stage 1: ILT Series course outlines the basic features and commands of Microsoft Project. One will learn to create and modify task lists, a project schedule establishment, calendar creation, resource assignment, cost tracking , and using multiple tables and views. Filters will be applied tasks and resource data sorted., In addition the leaner will know how to deal with resource conflicts.
Stage 2: Techniques to work with templates, baseline plan creation, updating and monitoring of projects, analyzing project statistics, handling delays and conflicts, creating reports, consolidating project files, sharing resources. In addition one will be taught to customize Project and communicate project information by using Project Server and integrating Project data with other Office applications

Module 1: Introduction
Including project management concepts, Project window, the Help Window and project files
Module 2: Working with Activities/tasks
Creating and modifying a task list and understanding and constructing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

Task options; linking tasks; and finding correlations between tasks
Module 4: Managing Resources
Allocating resources around calendar dates and times; computing project costs
Module 5: Tables and Views
How to work with tables and views
Module 6: Sorting, filters and groups
Conducting searches and organizing project deliverables using filters; groups and sorting
Module 7: Task Plan finalization
Refining and finalizing schedules; and handling resource inconsistencies
Phase B: EXECUTING & MANAGING
Module 8: Template use and Data Importing
Working with templates and creating projects from other programs
Module 9: Project Management
Setting baselines; monitoring progress; and updating a active projects
Module 10: Scrutinizing and adjusting the core plan
Evaluate the plan; identify conflicts and delays; construct team planner view
Module 11: Understanding and extracting Reports
The base calendar; calendars and resources; project cost extrapolations
Module 12: Project Customization
Customizing fields and views; macros; and formatting Gantt Charts
Module 13: Multiple Project Management
Sharing and Consolidating projects; and resource sharing between projects
Module 14: Project Information dissemination
Creating Hyperlinks; Collaboration; and Exporting to Office applications
