Weve all been to a fast food restaurant and clearly seen a quote on how we should be treated as customers quite visibly displayed for us and the worker to see. The thing, however, is the question about whether or not these customer service quotes actually make a difference to the thoughts and consequents actions of the workers or not. The answer is quite simple actually probably not. The thing about human nature is that were pretty stubborn and if we intend on doing one thing there is very little that can be done to change our minds without being so forceful that well pull away and do whatever we want to just to spite those around us anyways.

Then it all made sense to me. These customer service quotes actually do have a use. These customer service quotes actually have a very important effect and that is creating the feeling that we are being looked after as customers. No customer wants to know that the only reason people serving them are nice to them is because they want their money so putting customer service quotes up making the customers feel that the reason theyre being treated nicely is because theyre looked after and their feelings comes first is actually a genius way of having the greediness that is evident in all sales disappear in a matter of seconds.
