Internet Marketing Fundamentals Course (1 day)
A clear, practical grounding in online marketing – and a first campaign plan for your own business by the end of the day.
Your website, search results and social media pages are now the shop window most customers see first, often before they ever speak to you. This one-day digital marketing course shows staff and business owners how to use those channels properly: researching the market, building a brand people recognise online, getting found in search, creating content worth sharing, capturing leads and running campaigns they can measure.
The day runs in the order you would build an online presence. It starts with a SWOT analysis and online market research, then covers brand management across channels and real-time marketing, two sessions on social media (building a community first, then content, blogs and webinars), search engine basics, and what a good website needs – landing pages, analytics and mobile-friendly design. It ends with lead generation and the elements of a campaign, and each delegate drafts a simple campaign plan for their own business.
No technical background is needed. For the wider marketing foundations – the marketing mix, the funnel and marketing goals – see the two-day Marketing Training Course.
