What is corporate training?

Can corporate training be done online?
Yes. BOTI runs training live online as well as in-house and at its Johannesburg venue, which suits teams spread across sites or working remotely. BOTI also offers three-hour online masterclasses, for example on AI at work, conflict resolution, time management and presenting with impact. Ask which format suits the course you need.
Is corporate training accredited?
It can be either. BOTI’s non-accredited short courses build practical skills, and delegates receive a BOTI certificate of attendance. For credit-bearing training, BOTI is a QCTO-accredited Skills Development Provider offering QCTO skills programmes and occupational certificates; on these the learner is assessed and the QCTO issues the certificate. Choose based on whether your staff need recognised credits or a specific workplace skill.
