Certification
This is a practical, facilitator-led programme rather than an accredited qualification, and delegates receive a BOTI certificate of attendance. If some of your staff also need a recognised qualification, BOTI is a QCTO-accredited Skills Development Provider and offers occupational routes. For warehouse and dispatch staff, there is the Occupational Certificate: Dispatching and Receiving Clerk. For staff who run procurement projects, there is the Occupational Certificate: Project Manager, which has a last enrolment date of 30 December 2026[1]. Occupational certificates end in an External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA), and the QCTO issues the certificate. Supervisors and managers can also consider the legacy Services SETA National Certificate: Generic Management, which is open to new enrolments until 30 June 2028[2].
Funding it: skills development budget and the B-BBEE scorecard

Can we use our skills development budget for this training?
