The purpose of the Moderator Skills Training Course is to provide you with an in-depth understanding of the moderation process of outcomes-based assessments. Hence, moderation can be seen as the process that ensures that assessment of outcomes based on the NQF qualifications criteria, standards and qualifications is reliable, valid and conducted fairly. The Communicate in ETDP Settings Training Course is suitable for those individuals who require to demonstrate an understanding of the Outcomes-based Education and Training (OBET) approach used in South Africa within the context of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF). The underlying purpose of this course is to equip candidates with the required knowledge and understanding that will inform their decisions and subsequent actions as it pertains to the implementation of Outcomes-Based Education and Training (OBET) and the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).

In-Class Training
Our in-class face-to-face training is classroom-based that is conducted
at a dedicated BOTI training venue or at the client’s own premises.
Virtual Training
BOTI’s instructor-led virtual training is conducted either via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
E-learning
Our E-learning training is accessed via BOTI’s Learning Management
System (LMS) platform. Delegates are provided with a unique login
and progress is tracked and monitored.
The Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) Training Course has been specifically designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge and required skills to identify specific training needs, compile Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR). You will also gain an in-depth understanding of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) which will assist you in furthering your career in a number of qualifications that fall within the fields of Education Training and Development and Human Resource Development.
The Learner Support and Guidance Training Course specifically caters for Learning & Development Practitioners and has been configured for the purpose of teaching these specialists how to guide and advise learners in terms of learning and development opportunities as well as assessment. Hence, if this is your filed of interest then this course is for you.
This unit standard course is ideal for those who are required to perform coaching and mentoring in respect of on-the-job one-on-one training, conducting a training session, monitoring and reporting on the progress of learners and conducting a training review.
Upon successful completion of this SAQA Accredited course, you will have acquired in-depth knowledge and an overall understanding of what is involved in the Coaching and Mentoring Process.
The Certified Facilitator Training Course is intended for those individuals who wish to pursue a career as a Certified Facilitator. There are three levels to this Master course. The first level involves Facilitation, the second level deals with Assessment and the third level embraces the skill of Moderation.
This Master course is also suitable for anyone involved in Learning and Development and Human Resource Development.
To achieve full accreditation as a Certified Facilitator, all three levels must be successfully completed.
