    Welcome to this eLearning course that will lead you to a greater understanding of implementing and managing human resource and labour relations policies and acts

    You will learn how to analyse policy, procedures, agreements and conditions of employment applicable to the workplace environment and take full responsibility to optimise and maintain efficiencies in policies. 

    You will also learn how to identify trends and gain the ability to implement acceptable systems to deal with them.
